I have tried ipconfig and all I get in return is "Windos IP Configuration". Now I do not and agree with the above about MS screwing up in addition to screwing up MS mobile and the Zune. Downloaded the update and couldn't get on the internet. In my case I uninstalled SP3 and went courageously through related warning that some of my devices may stop working. I tried all of the fixes suggested; removing SP3; new IP address; resets: restarts; ipconfig; nothing worked.
