I'm seeing multiple reports of this patch knocking out USB service on the Surface Pro 3. Dont be daft! Thanks for punishing those of us who do know how to with forced updates that are causing problems. Splitting the update into smaller pieces is the logical strategy, but Microsoft is now of the opinion that users must install the updates, and by that they mean ALL the updates.

One more update is KB27605083. A forced restart restored my previous version.I've gone into Task Scheduler and disabled everything on UpdateOrchestrator including triggers.
