This problem is again showing that Microsoft has completely lost control of their OS. Its possibly that MS have been slow to push 1607 out to domain members preferring standlones and home users to be the guinea pigs and as a result not many of But for sure it'll put you back in business, and allow you to comfortably fall in line with the tyranny of the MS upgrade structure.
