I have habituated twice in the twenty years that I’ve had tinnitus, although the second time was more difficult and took longer it was still possible. I'm not great. Nothing seemed to give me much relief. In the meantime I've had a vertebral compression fracture of my T11 which postponed my Aug 15 date, and has caused no end of pain and disability.
