stick with Window XP Pro 32 bit b. Personally I'd go for 8GB or 16GB of RAM with a 64-bit OS, either Windows 7 or Windows 8. That is kind of what I am doing now, I have just been trying to cut costs on replacing the two devices and I have been considering the Surface for school I have recently been considering compressing this to have just 1 computer for both purposes that I can use for school, gaming, work, etc.
